As part of this project the older style 70s home was rejuvenated with an extensive cosmetic renovation. The aim of this project was to provide a family house in an established suburb for a younger purchaser.
A simple buy, renovate and sell strategy was used on this project, this required tight management of the renovation budget and timeline to ensure profit margins were maintained. The property was completely stripped of all the aging bathroom and kitchen facilities, and fit out with modern fixtures and fittings. The existing jarrah flooring was rejuvenated through the main living, hallway and bedrooms areas. High quality tiling was used in the newly created kitchen and bathroom spaces.
